How do I use nicotine pouches?

How often should I use nicotine pouches?
You can keep a nicotine pouch in your mouth for up to 60 minutes, with an hour being the maximum. You can simply use a pouch whenever you feel the urge for a cigarette or your cravings get the better of you. Typically you shouldn’t need more than one an hour, but it can differ from person to person.
